Your Washroom Partition Warranty In Detail

Guardian warrants that its' Washroom Partition system will be free from defects in workmanship and manufacture for a period of twelve months from the date of practical completion.

If you have an "Endurance" washroom, then for a period of six years, Guardian warrants that the partitioning panels will not delaminate, splinter, crack, flake, chip, rot or swell.

For any claim made, we will need a proof of purchase.

Replacement or Repair

Your warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any part of the Washroom Partition system supplied and/or installed, should an investigation reveal that such a product or installation fault is evident.

Reasonable and timely access must be provided to Guardian to inspect and repair or replace any defective part of the Washroom Partition system that was supplied and/or installed.

Incorrect Installation, Maintenance, Modifications or Acts of God

Where Guardian does not install some or all of your Washroom Partition system, then the Washroom Partition system must be installed by competent tradesmen, strictly in accordance with our printed fixing instructions, relevant correspondence and/or any project specific printed design recommendations or detailed drawings.

Failure to follow such instructions and/or poor workmanship will result in your warranty being voided.

Your warranty does not cover faults caused by unforeseen structural and defective forces by applied structures or by any Act of God.

If your Washroom Partition system is not correctly and promptly maintained in accordance with Guardian's printed instructions, then Guardian reserves the sole right to determine whether your warranty will apply.

Your warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, mistreatment, accident, negligence or misapplication or where any part of the Washroom Partition system has been modified or altered in any way by a party other than Guardian.

Notification of Claim

During the warranty period and in the event of a claim, you must notify us in writing of the faults within 7 days of when a problem is noticed.

We will then inspect the fault and determine whether the fault is caused by our manufacture or installation.

Guardian reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim where there is an unsettled account and until such an account is paid in full.

No Consequential Loss

With your warranty, Guardian will not be liable for any consequential losses such as loss of profits or revenue, loss of equipment, loss of use of equipment, cost of substitutes, claims by third parties or any other claims made.
